1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the raja33 website, mobile applications, and all associated online services accessible at raja33.cam and related domains.
• "User," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "We," "Us," "Our," "raja33" refers to the operator of the Platform and its authorized representatives.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and entertainment products offered through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional lottery game).
• "Funds" refers to money deposited into Your Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits awarded to Your Account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm Your identity and eligibility.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the Platform. By registering an Account, You represent and warrant that You meet this minimum age requirement. raja33 strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all Funds will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Requirements

The Platform is designed primarily for users residing in Indonesia. You must provide accurate residential address information during registration. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You represent that You are not subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent You from using the Services, including but not limited to bankruptcy proceedings, court-imposed gambling bans, or voluntary self-exclusion programs.

2.4 Account Restrictions

Each individual is permitted only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or allowing others to use Your Account is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of Funds.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, You must complete the registration form providing accurate and complete information, including Your full legal name as it appears on Your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials, including username and password.

3.2 KYC Verification

Before processing Your first withdrawal, raja33 requires successful completion of KYC verification. You must submit clear copies or photographs of the following documents:

• Valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) showing Your full name, date of birth, NIK (16-digit identification number), and photograph
• A selfie photograph of You holding Your KTP next to Your face, with both Your face and all KTP details clearly visible in a single image
• Proof of residential address (if requested), such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months

KYC verification typically completes within 1-4 hours during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). We reserve the right to request additional documentation or clarification if initial submissions are unclear, incomplete, or raise security concerns.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through Your Account. You must immediately notify our customer support team at [email protected] if You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account. raja33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of Your Account credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

raja33 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but are typically Rp 50.000. Deposits are credited to Your Account instantly upon successful processing. You may only deposit Funds from accounts registered in Your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals at any time, subject to completing KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000. Maximum single withdrawal is Rp 100.000.000. Withdrawals are processed within 2-12 hours for bank transfers and 1-6 hours for e-wallets during normal operating hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for deposits. We reserve the right to verify the ownership of withdrawal accounts before processing requests.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposited Funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Suspicious transaction patterns, including but not limited to rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles without wagering activity, may trigger additional verification requirements or account suspension pending investigation.

4.4 Fees

raja33 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in IDR.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

Bonuses are promotional credits subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration periods. Detailed terms for each Bonus are provided at the time of the promotion and must be read carefully before accepting. Bonuses are offered at raja33's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirement calculations and eligible games vary by promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly, coordinated betting with other users to minimize risk, or exploiting system errors to gain unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in Bonus abuse will be permanently suspended, and all Funds will be forfeited.

6. Betting Rules and Gameplay

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by raja33. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or technical errors. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified except in cases of obvious technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered on international football leagues (English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League), domestic Indonesian competitions (BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia matches), and other sports as available. Bet settlement is based on official results from recognized governing bodies. In cases of postponed or abandoned matches, specific sport rules apply as published in our betting rules section.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino games are streamed in real-time from professional studios with licensed dealers. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results for individual sessions.

All users must play fairly and in good faith. Violation of fair play rules may result in bet voidance, account suspension, and forfeiture of Funds.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

While raja33 strives to provide continuous service availability, We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We are not liable for service disruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

7.2 Game Results

raja33 is not liable for results of bets placed in good faith based on accurate odds and information. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are possible. All betting decisions are Your sole responsibility.

7.3 User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for Your use of the Platform and any content You generate, including chat messages and forum posts. raja33 is not liable for interactions between users or disputes arising from user conduct.

7.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, raja33's total liability to You for any claims arising from Your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited into Your Account during the six months preceding the claim, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Internal Resolution

If You have any dispute or complaint regarding the Platform or Services, You must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 72 hours during normal business hours. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication with our support team.

8.2 Final Decision Authority

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the final decision rests with raja33 management. We will conduct a thorough internal review and provide You with a written decision. This decision is final and binding.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which raja33 is licensed to operate. By using the Platform, You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any legal disputes.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Funds (minus any applicable wagering requirements on Bonuses) will be returned to Your registered payment method within 7 business days. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened; You must register a new Account if You wish to return to the Platform.

9.2 Suspension by raja33

raja33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close Your Account at any time if we believe You have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused Bonuses, provided false information during registration or KYC verification, failed to meet age requirements, or engaged in any conduct that damages the integrity of the Platform. Suspended Accounts may forfeit all Funds at raja33's sole discretion.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. raja33 reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 or the remaining Account balance, whichever is lower, until the Account balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

10. Amendments to Terms

raja33 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to Your registered email address and/or through a notification displayed prominently on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms. If You do not agree with the changes, You must cease using the Platform and close Your Account.

It is Your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and raja33 regarding Your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

11.3 No Waiver

raja33's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of raja33.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer Your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without raja33's prior written consent. raja33 may assign these Terms and Conditions to any successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
